With Your School or Institution
Student and parent data is accessible only by authorized staff members of the school that enrolled them.Admins may access staff and student activity logs to monitor performance or resolve disputes.

Student & Academic Records:
Retained throughout the student’s enrollment and for a minimum of 3 years after graduation, unless the school requests otherwise.
Staff Records:
Kept for the duration of employment and for administrative auditing, subject to deletion upon formal disengagement.
Financial Records:
Retained in line with legal and accounting requirements, typically no less than 5 years.
Login & Usage Logs:
Retained for up to 12 months for security, support, and platform improvement purposes.
Data Deletion Requests
Schools may request the deletion of data associated with their institution, staff, students, or parents by contacting our support team. We will process such requests in compliance with applicable laws and contractual agreements.

Use by Students, Parents, and Minors
EduCleva is designed for use by schools and their authorized stakeholders, including students (some of whom may be minors) and parents or guardians.
For Students (Minors):
EduCleva collects academic, attendance, behavioral, and identity-related information for students strictly under the direction of their school.Schools are responsible for obtaining any required consent from parents or legal guardians before submitting student information to EduCleva.We do not collect any student data directly from minors without school authorization.
For Parents & Guardians:
Parents are granted secure access to their child’s academic and financial records through a parent login system.Parent data is used only for communication, fee notifications, and academic updates related to their child.
Parental Consent Requirement:
If your school enrolls children under the age of 18 into EduCleva, it is the school’s duty to ensure that parental consent has been obtained in compliance with Nigerian data protection laws.
